Strategy Brief.
I begin each project the same way, by assessing the current landscape and challenges facing the business to find out what areas are working well and what areas need improving. I’ll then work collaboratively with you, your client and creative teams to turn those challenges into clear, strategic and creative solutions that deliver tangible results.
The best way to think of this Strategy Brief is as a starting out point where we can begin gathering the relevant information that we’ll need to solve a variety of marketing and business challenges.
Creative Brief.
Many agencies already have a clear solution to their clients challenges and just need some help developing the creative. In that case a good Creative Brief can help shape what kind of ideas need developing and should give me all the relevant background information I need to create some killer ideas for you.
If you have any supporting material or links that you’d also like me to view please feel free to send them through along with a distilled brief. I tend to operate from the principle of ‘the more information (and time) the better’.
Client Feedback Survey.
One thing agencies rarely do is a review of recent projects unless they believe it’s a possible contender for an award, or that it might be a useful case study to establish credentials for new business opportunities.
However, gaining feedback on each project is far more valuable. It can help establish quality benchmarks within departments, give a better insight into your client and department head thinking and also smooth out any operational or agency process inefficiencies.
This is a basic Client Feedback Survey that can be used as an internal or external document and should be thought of as a starting point to be tweaked to your companies specific service offering.
