The Challenge:
Schreuder Partners Compensation Lawyers needed to modernise, refresh and address their brand hygiene to attract more new clients without damaging their existing brand awareness.

The Solution:
We needed to evolve the existing brand to define a clearer point of difference and brand position within the market. We uncovered the insight that people only see compensation lawyers when things have gone wrong, and these times call for compassion and understanding. To bring this to life, we looked to simplify the name, set a clear tone of voice and visual approach that was friendlier and reinforced the brand’s purpose of ‘It’s Personal.’

The Idea:
We developed a range of touch points that focused on staff and customers throughout the rebrand. In the TVC we wanted to show Mark as a man of the people, who’s empathetic and who, along with his staff, take the time to get to know their clients. Online and through digital media, we lead with a consumer focus that showed how Schreduers understand their clients.
